Will this affect your bottle preform weight, production rate, or top load strength?
The flib will not increase your bottle preform weight.
Your bottles will not use more material, will not weigh more and will not cost more.
No reduction in top load strength.
Your bottle will keep a good top load strength with the flib feature and therefore your packaging, handling, transporting and storing procedures will not differ to your current practise.
& there are no added costs to the packaging!
As only the local shape of the bottle shoulder changes with flib, the rest remains the same, there is no added cost to your packaging and practises.
The flib technology does not require any different bottle production equipment
